Please note that the registration form located at https://wellplayedenrichment.com/disney-2025-vacation-form/ must be completed accurately and fully. Lack of invoice due to failure to complete the form is not a valid reason for cancellation after the cancellation date.

Failure to pay your balance by the due date will result in a lost deposit. This deposit cannot be applied as credit for any future events.

Inaccurate completion of the form will result in invoicing and ticketing based on the form itself. If mistakes are required to be made on the form, it is your responsibility to contact Danielle at [email protected].

By paying this deposit, you agree to the terms listed above and agree to act in good faith on your purchase. This includes contacting Danielle at [email protected] for resolution on any issues or concerns that arise.

Participants in the Phanatic about Reading program agree to give a good faith effort to improve and continue their reading throughout the 2024-2025 school year. At the conclusion of the year, any benefits provided by the Philadelphia Phillies will be distributed fairly and equitably amongst participants on a “first-come first-served” basis. While participation does not require providing of contact information, failure to include contact information on your registration form will automatically disqualify you from receiving any benefits.

Top Golf League runs 8-weeks. The Fall League runs 9/17/2024-11/5/2024. Participants of all ages are welcome, but consider your childs individual abilities when registering. This is not a highly competitive league and is intended to be a social activity with a good-natured competition. Depending on the number of players, competitors will either be “every man for himself” or compete in teams of up to 6 members.

Refunds will not be given after Sunday 9/15/24. Partial refunds will be considered for medical emergencies or major life circumstance changes. Please note the maximum available refund will be 50%. Refunds for other reasons after 9/15/24 will not be accepted due to funds already used for activities. 

Events listed on our “Events” page or found through Ticketsource are nonrefundable. Should the event be cancelled by WellPlayedEnrichment, Ticketsource, or the vendor, a full refund will be made. In the event of a raindate provided by the vendor, WellPlayedEnrichment will consider the cost/benefit to take the raindate. In that instance tickets will not be refunded, but a good faith effort will be made to rell tickets from any members unable to make the raindate.

Well Played Enrichment operates on good faith practices, and expect our customers to do the same. Our “no questions asked” policies means cancellations of any events within the permitted timeframe will always be accepted. However, frequent cancellations, spam registrations, or acts of bad faith will result in fees for future cancellations. Cancellations after the permitted timeframe will be honored if possible. However, will incur fees as applicable. Ticket transfers are permitted where allowed by the vendor, and the best faith effort by both Well Played Enrichment and you as the customer are required to transfer tickets in lieu of paying/charging fees.
